Getting started takes three steps: buy a phone number, register your 10DLC brand and campaign, then invite your team.
1. Buy a phone number
Search by state, city or area code and buy directly. Numbers are assigned to a location, and each location has its own inbox.
2. Register for 10DLC
US carriers require every business that texts customers to register a brand and a campaign. CallMOR walks through both forms and keeps outbound messaging blocked until the campaign is approved, so messages are never silently dropped by a carrier.
3. Exchange documents securely
Upload files from the Documents page, or text a customer a secure upload link so they can send a photo of a form or insurance card. Outbound documents go as expiring links with a download limit. Every view, download and share is recorded.
API
The platform is an OpenAPI 3.1 service. Interactive documentation is at /api/docs, the ReDoc reference at /api/redoc, and the machine-readable schema at /api/schema. Errors follow RFC 9457 problem+json, lists use cursor pagination, and money-moving requests require an Idempotency-Key header.
