Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information CallMOR collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We have tried to write it the way we would explain it across a desk.
1. Who we are and what this covers
CallMOR runs the public website at callmor.com and the application at app.callmor.ai. This policy covers both.
Businesses use CallMOR to communicate with their own customers and patients. For that information, the business decides what is collected and why, and we process it on the business's behalf. If you are one of their customers, please contact the business directly about your information; we will help them respond.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number (used to verify signups), company name, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and sign-in security settings.
- Your company's content: contacts, text messages, call records, voicemail, faxes, documents, form responses, reviews and payment requests that your company puts into or receives through CallMOR.
- Billing details: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive full card numbers; we see limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Signup source: if you arrived from a campaign or an ad, the campaign tags, ad click identifiers, the page you landed on and the site that referred you are stored with your new account, so we know which marketing works.
- Usage and security information: the pages visited on our site and app, measured without cookies using a daily identifier we cannot reverse; page-speed measurements; and security logs such as IP address, browser and sign-in events.
- Marketing cookies, only on the public website and only if you accept them: Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel, where we use them.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: deliver your texts, calls and faxes, store your files and run the features you switch on.
- To verify signups, keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
- To bill you and handle payments.
- To send service messages, such as reminders before your free trial ends — in the app, by email, as browser notifications and, if you agreed, by text to the phone number you signed up with.
- To answer support requests and improve the product.
- To measure our marketing, where you have accepted marketing cookies.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your company's content to advertise to anyone.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account details while your account is open. Your company's content is kept according to your company's own retention settings, such as how long documents and team chat history are kept. Security logs are kept for a limited period. After an account is closed its data may be deleted, except where the law requires us to keep it.
7. How we protect it
Each company's data is kept apart in the database with row-level security, files are encrypted one by one with AES-256-GCM, and sign-in supports authenticator codes and passkeys. Our security page describes these measures in more detail.
8. Your rights
You can see, export, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Signed-in users can export or delete their own account data from their profile; for anything else, write to support@callmor.ai. Depending on where you live — California, for example — you may have further rights under local law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
9. Children
CallMOR is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 for our own purposes.
10. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top, and we tell account holders by email or in the app before a material change takes effect.
